How long does Gel-X last compared to acrylics?

Gel-X nail extensions typically last 3–4 weeks. Acrylic nails last a similar amount of time but feel slightly different — Gel-X is lighter and more flexible. We offer both at our Toronto nail salon.

What is shellac and how long does it last?

Shellac is a hybrid gel-polish applied to natural nails. At Natural Nail Bar Toronto, shellac manicures last about 2–3 weeks with proper care. No damage to natural nails.

How long does a manicure take?

A basic manicure takes about 30 minutes. Shellac/gel polish takes 45–60 minutes. Gel-X or acrylic full sets take around 90 minutes at Natural Nail Bar on Yonge Street.

Are your tools sanitised between clients?

Absolutely. Every metal tool is fully sterilised after each guest. We use single-use files, buffers and toe separators for each client. Hygiene is our top priority.
